"Fad" Weight Loss Diet

Obesity is a physical state that refers to excessive body fat. Chances are you have experienced the frustrations of dieting at least once in your life, if you have problems with your weight. Close to a hundred million Americans go on a weight loss diet in any given year and up to ninety-five percent of them regain the weight they lose within five years. Worse, a third will gain back more weight than they lost, in danger of "yo-yoing" from one popular diet to another. The conventional approach to weight problems, focusing on fad weight loss diets or weight loss drugs, may leave you with just as much weight and the additional burden of ill health.

Today, an estimated sixty-five percent of all American adults are obese or overweight. Our culture obsesses about staying thin even as we grow fatter, but this isn’t about appearances. Obesity is known to be a precursor to many debilitating health conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis, and gallbladder disease. Obesity contributes to as many as 375,000 deaths every year. In addition, the public health costs for obesity are staggering. According to researchers at Harvard University, obesity is a factor in 19% of all cases of heart disease with annual health costs estimated at 30 billion dollars; it’s also a factor in 57% of diabetes cases, with health costs of $9 billion per year.

Set Realistic Goals:

No doubt you have fallen for one or more of the weight loss diet schemes over the years, promising quick and painless weight loss. Many of these quick weight loss diet programs undermine your health, cause physical discomfort, flatulence, and ultimately lead to disappointment when you start regaining weight, shortly after losing it. Fad or quick weight loss diet programs generally overstress one type of food. They contravene the fundamental principle of good nutrition - to remain healthy one must consume a balanced diet, which includes a variety of foods. Safe, healthy, and permanent weight reduction is what’s truly lost among the thousands of popular diet schemes.

Some of the weight loss diet schemes reign supreme briefly, only to fade out. While some wane from popularity due to being unproductive or unsafe, some simply lose the public's curiosity. Examples of such fad diets include the South Beach Diet, Atkins diet, the Grapefruit diet, Cabbage Soup diet, the Rotation diet, Beverly Hills diet, Breatharian, Ornish Plan – the list goes on and on. These fad diets advocate a specific technique (such as eliminating a certain food, or eating only certain combinations of foods) in conjunction with the basic idea that the body makes up the difference in energy by breaking down and utilizing some part of itself, essentially converting matter into energy. This self-cannibalism, or catabolism as it is referred, typically starts with breakdown of stored body fat.

Dieting and Diabetes

Very few people realize the profound effect that weight has on diabetes. Even instances of gestational diabetes are much greater in patients that are overweight than in those that are not. Type 2, or adult onset diabetes is more commonly found in overweight people than those that are within their 'ideal' weight ranges. In fact, almost 90% of those with Type 2 diabetes are overweight. If you are suffering from Type 2 diabetes, the best gift you could possibly give yourself just might be the gift of getting your weight under control.

Among those that suffer from Type 2 diabetes almost 40% have high blood pressure, which is another condition that is believed to be exacerbated by excess weight. Being overweight might also lead to a condition known as insulin resistance in which the body no longer responds to the insulin that is needed to assist the body in using sugar and glucose as fuel on a cellular level.

There are some things you can do to help yourself out if you have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes or labeled at risk for this devastating condition. First of all, take off the pounds. I know this is much easier said than done. Dieting is never easy and rarely fun for the average person. However, if you do not begin to take drastic steps toward procuring the best possible health for yourself you may not be able to enjoy the quality of life you had planned for your golden years. Let your condition be your motivation and make plans to enjoy watching your grandchildren and great grandchildren graduate college.

Fight it standing up. Don't sit down and let Diabetes control you. Stand up and take control of your body back. This is a fight to the finish and if you let it, diabetes will be your end. If you fight it standing up, lose the weight, get out there and exercise, listen to the doctor's orders and follow them. Find the strength within you to battle this disease head on. You'll be amazed at what happens when you decide to stand up and fight for your health.

Get active. Find activities that you enjoy and get out there and do them. Don't make those activities passive activities either. Even if it's just going out to play shuffleboard everyday get out there and play. Enjoy your time in the sun. Pick flowers with the little ones. Take up golf. Do whatever it takes to get up and moving each and every day in order to remember why you want to live forever in the first place.

Watch what you eat. Garbage in, garbage out, right? You have strict dietary requirements once you've been diagnosed with diabetes. This means that you absolutely must follow your dietary restrictions. Learn to live within those limits in order to live and enjoy life to the fullest you can. The amazing thing is that there are all kinds of foods available that are friendly to those with diabetes that weren't around just a few short years ago. It is quite possible to live and eat quite nicely with diabetes if you stick to your plan. The most important thing about dieting with diabetes is that you never lose sight of how crucial it is to do so.

Planning ahead when you travel reduces stress.  This is particularly important for a diabetic.  These 5 diabetes travel tips are simple to implement and crucial to your diabetic management.  They are particularly important if you are traveling abroad.

1)  Have a pre-travel check-up.  Make sure your A1C blood sugar levels; your blood pressure and your cholesterol levels are OK.  Get the appropriate shots for any country you plan to visit.

2)  Wear a diabetes medical ID.  Ideally it should be in the language spoken in the country you're visiting.  Not everyone speaks your language and you don't want medical problems through misunderstandings.

3)  Keep your medication and glucose snacks in your hand-luggage.  Check-in baggage does, unfortunately, go astray. Don't risk your diabetes medication by packing it in your main luggage.

4)  Keep your medication in its original box, complete with pharmacy labels.  It will prevent misunderstandings about why you are carrying drugs and, if you are on insulin, syringes.

5)  Be aware of time zone changes, especially when altering your watch.  Remember when you travel east your day becomes shorter; if you travel west your day becomes longer.  You may need to alter the timings of your medication.

Traveling need not be traumatic.  A sensible attitude and a bit of pre-travel planning can make things go far more smoothly.

Why Do We Crave Sugary Food?

For many of us the sight of a freshly glazed doughnut can feel like falling in love and coming home to a pack of unopened cookies can feel like the adult version of Christmas morning. There’s something about sugar that hooks us and keeps reeling us in again and again. Whether we like it or not sugar has a major hold on us.

If you’re reading this it’s highly likely you understand, and have first-hand experience, of this allure. Sugar isn’t just confectionary, it’s compulsion; there is no such thing as stopping after “just one.” I mean, if one is good, more is better. At least that’s what it feels like with the sweet stuff.

We are given many reasons for our sugar cravings: pleasure-seeking brain circuits, intestinal parasites, mineral deficiencies, malnutrition, habitual behavior, unbalanced diets, too much salt, buried emotional issues, lack of sleep, stress.... and my favorite, lack of discipline. We are not at a loss for reasons for our addiction to sugar, yet knowing isn’t enough to change us or our behavior. If knowing was enough we would all be winning gold medals and gold stars in every area of our life. If anything, knowing just makes it feel worse... we know better so why aren’t we doing better? Knowing becomes just another reason for us to feel bad about ourselves.

The next step to knowing is to try and do something about it. We take matters into our own hands and attempt to turn our sugar-loving switch from on to off. This is not a painless process, and just when we feel we’re making ground something happens to throw us off and we’re on a mission to hunt down any sugar we can find and back at the start.

When we decide to target our sugar dependency, we attack the sugar itself, we clear the pantry, empty the house of all products and declare sugar the enemy. And this is fine... except it doesn’t work. When we create an action plan like this, we’re a few steps too far ahead and facing the wrong direction. We don’t address what’s really happening.

The key: target the true problem, not the side-effect of the problem. And sugar cravings are the side-effect, they’re the symptom of the real problem, and treating symptoms never makes the problem resolve. The only way to create true, long- standing change is to address the root cause.... otherwise you’re just wasting your time and prepping yourself for another future sugar-binge.

What is the root cause? Leptin resistance. One way to target leptin resistance is with a product called leptitox, a blend of 22 all natural ingredients which work with your body to reverse leptin resistance and it’s effects. When leptin resistance occurs in our body we have a malfunctioning system. This malfunction will produce troublesome symptoms. Not only does leptin resistance increase hunger but it creates cravings! That’s a recipe for disaster! Not only will you be hungry but you’ll be hankering after the worst foods imaginable...

We may have blamed everything else under the sun for our inability to stop reaching for the next cookie... everything but leptin resistance. If you want to see real movement and change you’ll need to target leptin resistance and do something to “fix” it.

Leptitox is just the way to address the growing problem of leptin resistance, since it has been created to target and address it. Leptitox is a blend of 22 carefully selected herbs, amino acids and vitamins with the ability to help your body address the real cause of leptin resistance. It will change everything you thought you knew about weight loss.

Lose 10 pounds in 4 week

An ambitious goal indeed, but by no means an unachievable one. By learning and applying the right techniques, you can indeed be 10 pounds lighter in 4 weeks time. Here are the keys to being able to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks.

Lose 10 Pounds In 4 Weeks-1

Calorie counting may be boring, but it does pay off. By knowing exactly how many calories you need, and how many you are taking in, you can plan your adjustments to have the best effect. A pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories, so if you can either cut that many calories out of your diet, or exercise to remove that much, then you will be one pound of weight nearer to your goal.

Lose 10 Pounds In 4 Weeks-2

Start to exercise. Doing the math will show you that you need to remove  35000 calories, either by exercising, or by cutting down on your food consumption, to lose the targeted 10 pounds. A typical human being of around 160 lbs will use 300+ calories by running gently for 30 minutes. A much heavier person will lose a lot more than that, but this illustrates how possible it is, with the right techniques and some determination, to get rid of a lot of excess weight.

Lose 10 Pounds In 4 Weeks-3

Try no to cut foods out completely. Assuming your favorite food is chocolate cake, you know that you will need to moderate your intake of it, as it will be impossible to sustain weight loss unless you do. However, if you cut it out completely, you will probably find yourself missing it too much, and the task of sticking to your program will be that much harder. The best solution is to keep your favorite foods to give yourself a treat when you manage to achieve one of your targets – the only problem could occur if you give yourself too big a reward, and end up eating the whole cake...

Lose 10 Pounds in 4 Weeks-4

Keep going. Losing as much weight as 10 pounds in as short a time frame as 4 weeks is not easy, and it would be better to take a bit longer. If you were prepared to give yourself 5 or 6 weeks, your body would find it easier to tolerate the differing circumstances. Trying to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks is being very ambitious, so if you don't quite get there, don't worry about it. The end result should be in sight, so just keep going until you achieve it.

Is it Possible to Lose Weight With Just 1 Minute Per Day?

There is no doubt that High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a trend worth watching in the exercise world. So many people talk about it these days and there is a buzz in all types of media. It is also sometimes called the one minute weight loss routine, because you alternate those periods of all out activity with work that is at about 50 per cent. Here we will explore what people are saying about H.I.I.T. in terms of effectiveness and the results that they have obtained.

In "Reader's Digest", they have some before and after pictures with people doing these work-out's (https://www.rd.com/health/fitness/hiit-before-and-after-pictures/). If you look at the pictures, the results seem to speak for themselves. Some of the participants toned down, and some of them look like they lost a person. Most of these people seem to have done H.I.I.T. the right way. They talk about boot camp, which is notorious for getting in shape. Others regale their group fitness sessions. With exercises such as walking lunges and medicine ball slams, there's no wonder that these people were about to shed pounds. Another popular exercise cited was the suicide run. This is where you run as fast as you can for certain amounts of time. This may bring back memories of racing in the gym in school to certain lines, touching them, then racing back. That early invention of intervals has fully caught on in the adult world now. Even a personal trainer in the story used it to lose a dress size.

People who tout success with this regime seem to get help to ensure that they are doing it right. However, if you are doing it on your own, then studies show that too much of a good thing can be bad. Aside from the build up of too much lactic acid, which can lead to muscle fatigue, you might also be putting your body into fight or flight mode. You might also be releasing too much cortisol, which can be detrimental to your body. For this reason, researchers suggest that thirty to forty minutes a week of high intensity is the maximum. And their definition of high intensity is that where you work at 90% above your heart rate. If you bump it down to 85%, then forty to fifty minutes is your new allowance. For this reason, you should be careful about how much high intensity that you are actually doing. If you tend to be the type of person who has no holds barred, you could actually be going too hard.

Another critical component to the success of H.I.I.T., according to the experts, is your actual recovery time. This is actually another important part of this work out. The recovery time is when all the good stuff happens, and circumventing this can actually impede your results. Some people want to do the 1 minute weight loss routine thirty times in one session. This is fine, as long as you don't reach H.I.I.T. the rest of the week. Usually, experts recommend a day off of a certain muscle group to allow it to recover. If you're doing intervals, you could follow the same maxim. There's no hard and fast rule except that you shouldn't overdose on the one minute weight loss routine in the same week. And after you've tried a H.I.I.T. work-out, you might not even want to. The suicide run might have you feeling a little sore the next door. Make sure for this reason that you warm up and cool down before each work out.

You've probably seen your favorite You Tuber or celebrity slamming that medicine ball on their Instagram or in their videos. Your view of the kettle bell has probably forever changed- that is if you even had one before. But actually delving into this work out will require a trainer, a class, or boot camp if you want to really get an introduction for yourself. You also might want to invest in a Polar A370 watch with an H10 chest strap or something of that nature if you want to really measure your heart rate. And then, get ready to immerse yourself in this work-out revolution. Just don't forget to take your before and after photos.

Recommended foods for diabetes

Brewer’s Yeast

Brewer’s yeast is a wonder food. It is rich in traces of mineral chromium. This mineral helps the pancreas produce more insulin. It is one of the best supports for normal handling of sugar by the body. According to an article by Dr. Richard J. Doisy and others, which appeared in the Medical World News, Brewer’s yeast has lowered the insulin requirements of many diabetes patients.

Broccoli

Broccoli, a close relation of the cauliflower, has long been a popular food in Europe. This vegetable has proved to be an effective anti-diabetic food. It is rich source of chromium, a trace mineral that seems to lower blood sugar. This trace mineral regulates blood sugar, thereby often reducing the medication and insulin needs of diabetes. In cases of mild diabetes, chromium may prevent the onset of the full-fledged disease. If a person’s glucose tolerance is on border, chromium can help control it. Even low blood sugar levels can be brought to normal with chromium.

Curd

Curd injects friendly bacteria in to the digestive system that stimulate the pancreas. It also washes the pancreas of its acids and wastes. These cleansing actions enable the pancreas to perform much better and thereby help in the production of insulin.

Garlic

In scientific trials garlic and its constituents have been found to lower blood sugar in diabetes. This vegetable is rich in potassium, which effectively replaces the large quantities of potassium lost in the urine of diabetics. It also contains zinc and sulphur, which are constituents of insulin. Some authorities believe that low levels of zinc may be one of the factors responsible for the onset of diabetes. Garlic also contains manganese, a deficiency of which can contribute towards diabetes.

Garlic constituents appear to act by blocking the inactivation of insulin in the liver. The result is higher blood insulin levels and lower blood sugar.

Garlic has other benefits for diabetes besides lowering blood sugar. It prevents arteriosclerosis, which is a common complication of diabetes and relieves body paid. Diabetics can take the equivalent of one or two cloves of garlic a day in any form they like, either raw or cooked in food or as capsules. Garlic milk, prepared by adding four cloves of crushed garlic to 110 ml of milk, is one good way of taking garlic. The best way, however, is to chew raw garlic thoroughly first thing in the morning.

Bengal Gram

Bengal gram, also known as chickpea, is a widely used important component of Indian diet. It is a valuable anti-diabetic food. Experiments have shown that the oral ingestion of the water extract of Bengal gram increases the utilization of glucose in diabetics as well as normal people. In a study conducted at Central Food Technological Research Institute in Mysore, the requirement of insulin of chronic diabetes patients decreased from 40 units a day to 20 units, when kept on a diet which included liberal supplements of Bengal gram extract.

Diabetic patients who are on a restricted diet, which does not severely limit the intake of carbohydrates but includes liberal amounts of Bengal gram extract, have shown considerable improvement in their fasting blood sugar levels, glucose tolerance, urinary excretion of sugar and general condition.

Bitter Gourd

The bitter gourd is a common vegetable cultivated extensively. It has excellent medicinal virtues. This vegetable has been used as fold medicine for diabetes from ancient times. Research has established that it contains insulin like principle designated as plant-insulin, which has been found beneficial in lowering blood and urine sugar levels.

Bitter gourd is thus and effective anti-diabetic food and should be included liberally in the diet of a diabetic.

Juice of three or four bitter gourds taken every morning on an empty stomach has been found more effective than eating fruits. The seeds of bitter gourd can be powdered and added to regular meals. A decoction prepared by boiling chopped bitter gourd is water is equally effective, as is its dry powder mixed with liquid foods.

Bitter gourd is rich in all essential vitamins and minerals especially vitamins A, B1, B2, C and iron. Its regular use, therefore, prevents many complications associated with diabetes including hypertension, eye complications, neuritis and the defective metabolism of carbohydrates.

Black Gram

Black gram is a highly prized pulse in India. It is an anti diabetic food. Germinated black gram taken with half a cup of fresh bitter gourd juice, forms and effective remedy for treating mild types of diabetes. It should be taken once a day, for three to four months, with a restricted intake of carbohydrates.

In severe diabetes, regular use of this combination is an effective complement to other treatments. It is also a useful health food for preventing complications due to malnutrition in diabetes. Milk prepared by grinding sprouted whole black gram is also recommended for diabetics.

Groundnut

Groundnuts are valuable in diabetes. Eating a handful of groundnuts daily by diabetics will not only prevent malnutrition, particularly the deficiency of niacin, but also checks the development of vascular complications.

Here is a list of the top 7 healthiest foods to feed your kid and why it’s so healthy:

1. Oatmeal: A fabulous breakfast food, full of B vitamins, iron, zinc and calcium. Old-fashioned oatmeal offers plenty of carbohydrate for quick energy and high fiber.  Add berries and honey to make it a delicious perfect food for those fast-paced school day mornings!

2. Yogurt: Kick your child's dairy consumption up a notch and include yogurt on the menu. A great source of calcium, yogurt is easier to digest than regular milk, and the cultures (check the label to make sure they're in there!) are very beneficial to good colon health. Watch it on the sugar content though.  A great idea is to buy plain yogurt and sweeten it yourself with fresh fruit!

3. Broccoli: it is one of the best vegetables for anyone, especially growing kids.  It has loads of calcium, potassium, beta-carotene and a wide variety of the B vitamins.  If your child is not a fan of plain vegetables include broccoli in a casserole or put a little shredded cheese on top to add flavor.

4. Protein: One size does not fit all when it comes to protein. The fact is that growing kids need protein to keep growing. How you're going to give it to them can vary widely, according to your preferences. Good choices include legumes, beans (combined with a grain to make a complete protein), soy products like tofu, eggs or lean meat, fish or poultry.

5. Whole Grains: The best nutrition is found in whole grains. Brown rice and whole wheat bread are a quantum leap over their white counterparts and offer necessary fiber, minerals and vitamins.  Choose grain products with the words “whole”, “unbleached” and “intact” or “ground”.

6. Nut Butters: Peanut butter and other nut butters are great fast and easy foods for kids. Kids need fat (it's a good fat if it doesn't have hydrogenated oils mixed in it) and they need the protein.  Try spreading almond or sunflower seed butter on crackers, toast or celery sticks for a quick and nutritious snack.

7. Fresh Fruit: My personal choice would be cantaloupe in the melon department. Vitamin C, beta-carotene, bits and pieces of B vitamins and trace minerals and calcium fill every juicy bite. Any in season fresh fruit is sure to be packed with healthy goodness!

Can Drinking Tea (of All Things) Really Help You Lose Weight?

Is There Really a Relationship Between Drinking a Certain Tea & Losing Weight?

Could the Real Secret to Weight Loss
Be Something as Simple as Tea?

By Elizabeth (Liz) Swann Miller

There I was standing in the wilds of Africa with a massive, red, venomous snake looking right at me and a single thought racing through my mind –“Why in the world did I risk my life for this cup of tea?”

The truth is, I was looking for what I considered to be the weight loss “holy grail” - a tea that legend claimed completely erased hunger pangs.

The story so intrigued me that I decided to leave the comfort of my home in the US and venture into a remote area of Africa populated by a Kenyan tribe to find out if the tales about this “voodoo tea” were true.

What I discovered changed my life, in that it has allowed me to lose 41 pounds of unwanted fat.

That’s right, the tea really exists (and it’s definitely not “voodoo”), plus it’s turned out to be even better than the stories let on.

You see, not only does the tea get rid of hunger pangs, it also activates your body’s natural ability to burn fat. On top of all that, it boosts your energy without relying on potentially harmful caffeine.

I’m going to tell you all about this incredible tea, including how you can get the recipe, in just a minute. But before I do that, let me explain in a little more detail how I ended up in the jungles of Africa.

The first thing you should know about me is that I have degrees in both Psychology and Naturopathy, and I’ve been a practicing Naturopath (ND) specializing in healing through nutrition for over 10 years.

Basically, what that means is, I help people lose weight and improve their health through their diet. Naturally, when I heard about this amazing tea, I was excited.

The fact that I heard the story while I was battling excess weight myself is ultimately what led me to Africa.

At that time, my pregnancy had taken an adverse toll on me. After multiple complications, I was put on bed rest. I spent 80% of my time stuck in bed, which forced me to give up the active lifestyle I loved.

I became sluggish. I felt exhausted all the time. Eventually, I developed a sweet tooth, and I absolutely lost control of my weight.

I felt like a fraud. Here I was helping people all over the country lose weight and get the bodies they wanted while I was lying in bed looking worse than I had in my entire life.

Honestly, I felt disgusted with myself, and even though my husband was very supportive, telling me he didn’t care what I looked like, I knew deep down he just wasn’t attracted to me anymore.

Finally, I decided to face the music. I got on the scale soon after having my baby and saw that I was 41 pounds over my target weight.

I couldn’t believe it. I went back to bed and cried.

If you’ve ever gained extra fat, if you’ve ever felt like your body was out of control, I know how you feel. More importantly, I now have a solution that works. It’s fast, easy, and tastes delicious. I’m going to tell you more about this tea in just a second.

This is the very same tea that helped me drop every one of those 41 hard-to-lose pounds. I feel that this stunning body transformation, coupled with the success stories of so many others who have followed my program, more than justify my “crazy” trip deep into the jungles of Africa.

Now, about that tea...

To put it simply, red tea has the most remarkable “fat-flushing” action I’ve discovered in 15 years of traveling the world as a Medical Maverick.

I’ve seen some truly mind-blowing fat-loss results, but this red tea is by far the most impressive, most incredible thing I’ve ever discovered.

In studying the tea, I’ve learned that its 5 unique ingredients are scientifically proven to trick stubborn fat cells to open and release hard-to-lose fat.

That means it’s now possible to flush away years — if not decades — of unwanted fat simply by drinking this powerful beverage.

Without getting too much into the science and boring you, the five herbal ingredients basically work in harmony to transmit signals from your brain to your fat cells to burn unwanted fat. It allows you to shrink your fat cells without any feelings of hunger.

Up until now, one of the main problems with trying to lose fat (especially around your belly) has always been getting stubborn fat cells to “let go” of the “locked-in fat” so the body can “flush harmful toxins and fat away.”

Due to cutting-edge research, we now know that the hormone “Noradrenaline” may hold the key to unlocking fat cells and shrinking them.

In a landmark study at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), part of the NIH, researchers showed that Noradrenaline is an arousing hormone known to control cell volume. (NIH/National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. "Brain may flush out toxins during sleep; Sleep clears brain of molecules associated with neurodegeneration: Study." ScienceDaily. www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/10/131017144636.htm (accessed July 2, 2017).

In other words, Noradrenaline is what causes the action of “the incredible shrinking fat cell.” It signals your body to start using your belly fat for energy.

Now here is the really good news:

People who drink this delicious red tea experience increased Noradrenaline production. That’s why they lose a lot of weight, particularly in the typically hard-to-lose belly area.

Let me repeat what I just said:

Results show that fat cell size and fat storing volume actually shrink when you drink this red tea!

That is revolutionary information – and the benefits of drinking this tea don’t just stop at weight loss.

When I started drinking this incredibly delicious red tea, my entire mood changed. Instead of being exhausted, I had a ton of natural energy.

This red tea was unbelievably refreshing, and when I drank it, I was never hungry.

Drinking red tea also helped me completely eliminate my soda addiction.

I also noticed after a few days of drinking the red tea that I was sweating less. My breathing was easier, in spite of the intense African heat, which often rose to a scorching 105 degrees!

Plus, even though I was physically exerting myself on my travels in Africa, I actually had more energy than ever before.

I started sleeping better and waking up feeling more rested and refreshed. I was calmer and more relaxed, despite having to deal with the hordes of flies that were in the area!

And that’s still not all the benefits that I noticed: my stress level dropped, and I was happier than I’d been in a very long time.

Of course, the weight loss was what really got my attention. The weight was really falling off me.

I lost almost 20 pounds in the first couple of months.

That’s when I knew… I wasn’t crazy for making that trip to Africa. In fact, it was probably the best decision of my life! I think red tea might just be one of the biggest weight loss discoveries of the past 50 to 100 years.

It is certainly working for many people who have struggled to lose weight in the past. 5 New Fat Shrinking Rules

You can be cleansing away fat mere minutes from now.
Now you'll hear from just a few of my private clients who drank this delicious fat cleansing red tea that forced their body to pump out more fat-burning hormones and made their fat cells shrink - and stay shrunk.

It has worked for everyone who's followed my advice.

I mean it: EVERYONE

(14,793 people and counting)
This includes Amanda, Dan, Melissa, and Emily, who took my advice and cleansed their fat away after they supercharged their own fat-burning systems.
Amanda H., age 57, from Topeka, Kansas, says,

"I'm back in my skinny jeans!"

"I lost 17 pounds and I'm fitting into jeans I never thought I would wear again. My husband tells me I look slender and sexy. I am very pleased with my results!"
Dan R., 42, an entrepreneur from Troy Michigan, says,

"I'm back in control & shed 42 pounds."

"My business is hectic and everyday life is stressful, so I often do not feel in control. This has made me feel I can control my hunger and what I eat. I feel much more in control of my life, and I'm very happy with my fat loss!"
Melissa T., 47, who lives in Topeka, Kansas, had this to say:

"I flushed away 32 pounds."

"Now I have a curvy waist and hips, right above my jeans! I feel fantastic. I'm so proud of what I did because my waist hasn't been this small since high school."
Emily A., a 32-year-old computer programmer from Miami, Florida, says,

"My belly shrank! I've lost 16 pounds and feel great."

"I never felt hungry while drinking this tasty tea. I lost 16 pounds without much effort. I lost all the weight I wanted and I never felt deprived either."
